Shipping Info: Orders within Germany will be shipped via DHL (insured parcel).
All orders from outside of Germany will be shipped via Deutsche Post (German Postal Service) Letter International + Recommande (insured).
Return Policy: The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of goods. The customer may return the goods without giving reasons and will receive a full refund provided the goods are undamaged. Any damage or deterioration will be compensated for by the customer. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer returning the goods.
